Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Information Technology Manager to oversee our IT department and ensure the effective and efficient use of technology across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to all users, resolving hardware and software issues
• Network Management: Configure, manage, and secure network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Software Development: Develop and maintain applications or scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
• Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect company data and IT infrastructure.
• Infrastructure Management: Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in IT.
