Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter Team Leader at Crossworkers, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent in the IT industry to join international work environment and work closely with our European Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and managerial Software positions within the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to Junior and Senior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create comprehensive on boarding plans.
  • Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and hiring requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on IT specialist job boards, social media, and other relevant channels
  • Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly
  • Assign the technical roles to the team members

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken is a Must
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field (HR diploma is a plus).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices.
  • Experience in Managing and Coaching team members
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management system
  • Familiar with the Recruitment platforms ex: LinkedIn- Bayet.com- Wuzzuf
  • Used to work in an international environment.
  • Experience in working independently and targeted with a high activity level.
  • Productive team played who can meet the deadline
  • Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is as a plus.
  • You have integrity and empathy as well as excellent communication and facilitation competencies are key to succeed in the job.
