- Develop lasting client relationships and actively building a network and range of experience to help address client needs.
- Lead drive the technical solution design and development for non-routine and complex customer engagement(s), ensuring high quality and integrated solutions.
- Architect and developing Integration Strategies, Data Migration Strategies, Reporting Strategies and overseeing the implementation of those strategies (from a technical perspective).
- Create project timelines and communicating with project team members to report progress on execution of assigned tasks in accordance with quality and time allocation.
- Develop end to end solutions using the best of good industry practice combined with understanding the optionality available within the product and Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams.
- Support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM reporting raising/fixing any potential bugs found.
- Apply Oracle Unifying Methodology (OUM) to accomplish assigned tasks, ensuring compliance with all project standards.
- Identify risks or issues associated with assigned tasks, taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues.
- Implement and supporting Oracle on premise modules such as: HCM core, self-services, payroll and Approval Management Engine (AME) and Oracle Cloud Fusion (HR Core, Self-services, Absence management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning and TALEO).
- Data Migration into Oracle Cloud.
- Developing PLSQL functions and procedures and writing down fast formula.
- Assisting technical developers with the creation of detailed design specification.
- Develop Oracle Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, OTBI Publisher, TCC, Application Security, Fast Formula, Page Composer, Page Configurator, APIs and Integration Cloud technologies strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground).
Qualifications Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short / medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
