As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our market presence globally. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate & achieve growth in international markets. Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to penetrate these markets.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand market trends, local insights. Understand how our portfolio relates to target sales market.

• Lead sales funnel: Build client hitlist, reach out through diKerent channels to engage and receive sales orders.

• Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with clients on sales orders ensuring smooth fulfillment with the operations team.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage the international sales team, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a high-performance culture within the team.

• Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management. Use data to make informed decisions and drive sales performance.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, to secure proper marketing and financial support, while enhancing our portfolio assortment.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in international markets.

• Travel: Travel to international markets as needed to support sales activities, build relationships, and gather market intelligence.


• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).• 6+ years of experience in local or international sales.• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools.• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.• Ability to work eKectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.• Ability to travel internationally as needed.• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
