Role Profile

  • Digital and Technology projects
  • Work in agile environment with different teams (Development, Business, Operations and Design) to assure the QA coverage.
  • Attend planning meetings, provide feedback on user stories and create acceptance criteria
  • Create & Execute Manual and Automated Test scenarios /Test cases 
  • Setup test environment and Test Data 
  • Use the agreed Test tools /Trackers and Environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc status reports
  • Capture lessons learnt and best practice to improve test methodologies
  • Lead other team members in Business and automation related tasks 
  • Lead Technical tracks/ tasks starting from technical leadership till people management in such tasks
  • Code review for team members’ automation tasks 
  • Lead initiatives to improve and enhance work 
  • Plan, deploy and manage the testing activities for any given engagement
  • Drive improvement in test methodologies and technologies for test automation, reporting, traceability, and defect management
  • Use the agreed Test tools /Trackers and  Environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
  • Ensuring each product release meets well-defined high-quality standards

Core Competencies and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant QA experience Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
  • 1-2 years of technical lead track
  • Agility, TDD, Automation, Continues Integration, ALM, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Appium, Devops
  • Excellent communication , interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Manage an QA team for the development and execution of test cases
  • Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing utilizing offshore test automation engineers
  • Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases
  • Engineering or Computer Science background is a must.
  • Have basic understanding and hands on experience with performance, usability and automation testing,
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently
