Report To Position Name\: Acting Head of Talent Management
- Design and direct the execution of a learning strategy that integrates digital transformation and promotes a resilient learning organization.
- Work closely with Business partners and department leaders and key stakeholders to assess ongoing and future training needs.
- Align training objectives with business priorities, ensuring training initiatives support departmental and organizational goals.
- Proactively identify and integrate essential future skills into learning programs, aligning with e&'s strategic direction
- Develop and implement digital and blended learning solutions, ensuring they align with diverse operational needs and maximize learning effectiveness
- Leverage the latest educational technologies to develop scalable and sustainable training solutions for both in-class and virtual environments.
- Lead the assessment and transformation of current learning processes to enhance agility and responsiveness to changing industry demands.
- Manage and evaluate relationships with learning vendors and educational institutes to ensure high-quality content and delivery
- Negotiate and oversee contracts to align with strategic learning goals.
- Direct the design, implementation, and continual enhancement of learning programs using a variety of learning methodologies.
- Enhance the employee learning experience through effective use of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring engaging and user-friendly interactions.
- Develop and implement robust innovative metrics to measure the impact of learning initiatives on performance and business outcomes, continually proposing new ways to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Lead & coach and develop a team of Learning Partners, establishing clear objectives and promoting an environment of innovation and excellence.
- Manage the budget for the learning function, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing return on investment in training initiatives.
