Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned accounts.
• Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with corporate customers.
• Manage corporate customer accounts with diligence and professionalism.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed reports on account status.

What We’re Looking For:
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
