•Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
•Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
•Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
•Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
•Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
•Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
•Ensuring smooth running of all administrative functions.
•Assist the business in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.
•Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts.
•Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to Business Development with keen eyes on business opportunities and market requirements.
•Assisting with document filing, writing and analyzing reports and mailing activities.
•Help organize a comprehensive sales portfolio.
•Identify strengths and weaknesses and potential opportunities for growth and expansion.
Experience more than 10 years in accountingProven work experience as an Account Manager for more than 3 years .Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levelsExperience in the industrial field is a mustHave a CMA certificateExperience in costs is preferredExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent social and presentation skillsAbility to handle problemsAbility to prepare presentations, proposals and reports required.Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
