- Deal directly with the suppliers in following up orders after receiving and reviewing the final Performa and delivery note.
- Review and follow up the order confirmation, shipping documents, shipping details, storage, depletion, distribution of final invoices and Banderoles.
- Follow up with clients the orders starting prices, new listing, orders , Performa invoices, shipping details till delivery, and responsible for any correspondents related to their brands.
2-4 years of experience in supply chain in general specifically in foreign procurement/logistics.Excellent English languageHigh communication & negotiation skills.Excellent customer service skills.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
