Job Summary:
The Head of the Engineering Sector oversees all engineering-related functions, including construction, design, technical office operations, and quality assurance. This role ensures the effective execution of engineering projects, maintains high design and construction standards and drives continuous improvement across technical and quality domains.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Lead the preparation of technical and contract documentation for issue and analysis tenders  
• Assisting projects with value engineering and financial control of contracts during the construction stage.
• Develop planning and prioritize processes to ensure that multi-disciplinary resource is well aligned to maximize delivery of projects
• Ensure efficient coordination between project sites, clients, and internal departments.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that all materials, workmanship, and procedures meet required specifications.
• Monitor quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Manage project-related financial planning and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure smooth project progression.
• Present project updates, technical reports, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
