Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor materials flow and correctly registered on System.
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Following up daily supply with some suppliers for materials delivery with coordination of Procurement Department.
- Controlling the movement of trucks inside the factory and the truck scales operations.
- Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure that all safety rules are applied.
- Lead, supervise, and train other team members (warehouse keepers / Seniors)
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
- produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Respect Company HSE policies and regulations.
Job RequirementsBachelor degree in engineering, business, logistics or a related field preferred.5+ Years experience in warehouse management.Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.Certification in Lean Techniques (5S, SOP, Performance management,… etc.) is preferredTime management skills and the ability to delegate.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Good in English.Problem-solving skills
