- 8+ years of experience in the FMCG Sector with managerial experience, preferably in sales
- University degree in a relevant field
- Excellent leadership and communication skill
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Your role will be pivotal in delivering businessresults, nurturing relationships with valued customers, and expanding our customer base. You willoversee and manage staff and ensure efficient processes are in place to deliver superior products. Youwill be responsible for driving the growth and success of our company, reporting to our CEO, andaligning with the Board of Directors for strategic decisions and guidance.Tasks:Implement the Company's business strategy to achieve targets set by the Board of Directors.Exponentially grow sales, satisfy consumer needs, develop and nurture partnerships, strategicalliances, and other market opportunities.Lead sales and operations teams, setting appropriate KPIs across functions and maximizing theefficiency of business procedures.Reporting to the Board on sales performance, profitability, challenges, bottlenecks, and allother aspects of the business. Play an active role in developing annual budgets and advising the board on risks and returnon investments.
