• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to set project priorities and align goals.
• Recruit, develop, and support R&D team members in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee the transfer of new technologies, products, and methods across departments.
• Manage complex research projects, evaluate outcomes, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure research projects meet deadlines and budgets while establishing robust testing procedures for final products.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and manage customer relationships through product testing and reviews.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Preferably 8 years of experience in research and development or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in market analysis and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
