- Responsible for preparing & updating projects’ BOQs and calculating quantities.
- Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design team, to verify their execution possibility and their compliance with local building codes & regulations.
- Responsible for the technical revision of all architecture workshop drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
- Responsible for reviewing and coordinating between structure & MEP drawings at different phases of work progress.
- Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
- Responsible for creating any required detailed shop drawings.
- Responsible for regularly updating the “Construction Details Library” as well as the “Vendor List” of manufacturing and suppliers.
- Responsible for responding and preparing RFIs/VORs and site queries.
- Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
- Responsible for new site surveys and as built drawings.
- Responsible for responding to any technical inquires.
- Prepare, modify, and calculate different material cutting sheets.
- Prepare all needed time schedule for all type of projects using the relevant program.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, 3 to 5 years of related professional experience preferably in fit-outs projects.Excellent experience in AutoCAD, Primavera, Photoshop, MS office. Understanding of construction project management, schedules, project budgeting, and compliance monitoringAbility to manage multiple tasks involving complex and varying problemsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven attention to details.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Very good English skills specially the technical termsOwning a Car is a plus.Experience with 3D modeling programs is a plus.Resident of 6th October, or Zayed is preferred
