- Attends at the customer’s site according to schedules and performs the required work. This includes identification of malfunctions, repairing, replacing, and checking its performance after maintenance.
- Implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Helps in the installation of any new printing machine under the supervision of his managers.
- Prepares the service report and gets the customer’s approval.
- Adheres to safety regulations and procedures and uses safety equipment properly when performing his fieldwork.
- Collects the inspection and repairing costs from customers as assigned.
- Providing technical advice.
