- Establish and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up to ensure good performance for all dealers.
- Promote and sell our products to all customers through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
- Follow-up on dealers to ensure that our shops reflecting our identity and distribution strategy by monitoring Dealers.
- Build data base and good relations with target customers groups, painters, contractors, and dealers.
- Follow up collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
- Establish new shops that achieve our standard.
- Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Technical Service, financial departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service.
- Plan and perform daily customer visits and sales activities.
- Paying good attention to customer’s complaints to ensure trusted relationship.
- Monitor timing regularly to ensure collection is received on time
- Create monthly sales and collection reports

Bachelor’s degreeField experience from 1 : 3 years in paints or chemical Strong Communication Skills.Strong Negotiation Skills.
