- Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria to Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Source and recruit candidates at all levels from executives to front-liners using out-of-the-box and multichannel approaches including, but not limited to, databases, social media, job posting, agencies, passive candidates, employee referral programs, etc.
- Screening and Filtration resume and job applications.
- Phone screening to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Getting a Hiring Documents, employment Forms and make database of new hiring
- Conduct exit interviews to determine the reason for leaving
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Keep records Bulk Data Bases and keep on updating them for ongoing hiring process.
- Join Job fairs to collect a bulk of pipeline candidates & make employer branding
- Coordinating in the design and delivering OD strategies, processes, and interventions
- Assists in employee training, program design, and other duties related to performance management
- Creates an accurate and specific job Profile for all existing and vacant positions
- Ensures that all job descriptions are being documented in a proper manner
- Interviews line managers and jobholders and conducted a job analysis for each position
- Assure to create job descriptions for all new positions created in the manpower plan
- Maintains and updates all job profiles of HRIS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.FMCG related experience is a MUST.Very good command in English. Giza residence is highly preferred. Proven experience in TA & OD practices.
