Job Purpose:
Learning and Development Specialist, will help build and implement all aspects of the organizational development that support continuous learning and improvement, including training, professional and leadership development, and performance management programs
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing training activities that enrich and develop the learner skills, knowledge, or behavioral aspects.
- Responsible for completing development courses and working on development plans to increase the L&D specialist’s performance and knowledge level.
- Responsible for providing the best training experience for the training candidates (new/existing).
- Responsible for designing training materials or updating knowledge base content.
- Responsible for providing feedbacks and reports for all training activities and tasks
Job Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in L&D activities.Instructional designing is a plusEnglish proficiency (C2) High communication skillsRelevant training certificates is a plus (T.O.T or T.T.T)High presentation skillsHands on experience in managing LMS system and E-learning platformsHigh problem solving skillsProfessional Microsoft office skills High organizational skills
