Support the development and enhancement of our platform's products and features. Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in defining requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
● Drive the execution of product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
and timelines.
● Create clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on stakeholder
input and market research.
● Conduct thorough validation of assumptions through data analysis, user feedback, and testing to inform
product decisions.
● manage cross-functional project squads, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
● Organize and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide
updates, and solicit feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
● Collaborate effectively within Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to prioritize tasks and track progress.
● Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance efforts to ensure product features meet
specified requirements and quality standards.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and
technical specifications.
● Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization and
enhancement.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:▪ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience:▪ 1-3 years of experience in a product management, project management, or related role, preferably in atechnology or startup environment.▪ Experience in the recruitment or HR technology sector may be advantageous, but domain-specificknowledge can be acquired on the job.Skills and Abilities:▪ Proficiency in creating and maintaining product documentation such as specifications, user stories,and acceptance criteria.▪ Basic understanding of data analysis and ability to interpret metrics to make informed productdecisions.▪ Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers andengineers.▪ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearlyand concisely to various stakeholders.▪ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks andprojects simultaneously.▪ Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work deliverables.Language Proficiency:▪ Fluent in English and Arabic verbal and written.
