Role Purpose

Maximize sales and revenues and support products by effectively using different methods to reach customers & increase products & channels performance through building a regionalization model supported by a full channel marketing calendar.

Role Profile

•  Assist in Building & Managing the Regionalization Platform set in the company strategy to drive Gross add share increase, products penetration to reach Vodafone fair share & to increase revenue share on a sub-regional level
•  Own channel marketing calendar of products activities and channel launches in alignment with segment Calendar.
•  Assist in Creating channel marketing calendar with all planned activities while coordinating with the segments owners & aligning all relevant stakeholders
•  Arrange and create activations (in-store & on-Ground) for all sales channels
•  Create contest & Incentives criteria as per each channel current performance and our targets and align with communication team to make sure that communication is clear to our sales channels.
•  Responsible for trade brand identity and ways of communication
•  Responsible for expanding Vodafone footprint in a smart/cost efficient way by creating new models (Shop in Shop & Products bundling)
•  Responsible for new/transformation stores activations to accelerate the maturity period through Opening events as well as dedicated offerings

Competencies and Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
•  Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success 
•  Strong Communication Skills and Stakeholder Management.
•  Project Management and Structure.
•  Excellent MS Office Skills.
•  Strong Financial and budget planning skills
•  Data Analytics skills
•  Innovative and open to learning
•  Strong Presentation Skills
•  Details oriented person
