We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for a big reputable bank with different locates in Downtown, Dokki, and Nasr City. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as well as candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience. 

Job description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional phone support to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle high call volumes.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and adaptability to different situations and customer needs.

 

 

 


Must be a graduate holding a Bachelor's degree or a Diploma from a university or higher institute.From 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.Rotational shifts. Last shift for females is 9 PM.Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.Can work under pressure and good time management skills.Very good in English Language and Arabic Language.Computer skills are required.
