- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production.Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. Knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Creative Skills: Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for detail. Ability to create visually compelling content that aligns with brand messaging. Excellent typography, color theory, and layout design skills. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders. Personal Attributes: A proactive approach to learning and staying current with design trends and technology. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house environment. Experience in UX/UI design and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch. Experience with video and graphic content for international markets.
