- Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs matching with manpower plan.
- Posting jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; and sourcing candidates.
- Screening candidate’s resumes and job applications using databases, social media, etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Conduct phone screens/interviews.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
- Call the qualified candidates and schedule HR and Technical interview with them.

Proven 5 years of work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, prefer in a pharmaceutical industryFamiliarity with social media, resume databases and professional networksHands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods with excellent verbal and written communication skillsFrom Monufya, Gharbia & Benha onlyA keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizationsBSc in any relevant field
