Non-Air Accommodation Assistant Manager

Assist in overseeing daily operations and manage a team of travel agents.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance performance.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, finance, and IT, to enhance service delivery.
Participate in cross-functional projects to support company objectives.
Handle urgent situations and provide solutions in a timely manner, particularly during peak travel
seasons.
Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Facilitate ongoing training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and processes.
Prepare regular reports on team performance, KPIS metrics, and customer satisfaction.


Experience of 5+ Years in.Maximum Age 35.Excellent knowledge of key destinations.Detailed oriented.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent negotiation & communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of online portals would be an asset.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Very good in writing/speaking in English.
