- Monitor shipments and coordinate with customs, carriers, and vendors to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Prepare, review, and submit documents related to import and export activities.
- Work with vendors, customers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate with vendors and carriers for competitive pricing and services.
- Monitor and report changes in regulations that may affect shipment of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations and laws.
- Communicate with international and domestic suppliers to ensure proper documentation and packaging of goods.
- Maintain import records and update inventory systems as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.2 to 5 years of experience in Export Logistics field.Experience with import documentation and customs clearance.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.Very Good command of English.
