Job Description


Grinta is seeking a Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the overall operation and efficiency of the warehouse. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of all goods, as well as managing the warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical sector and a proven track record of effectively managing warehouse operations in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Ensure applying department SOPs through ensuring that all products at its places with the agreed standards for effective results.
Manage and organize delivering the orders on time to the distributor to ensure customer satisfaction.
Review and analyze warehouse stock to ensure there is no overstock to maintain the company's goods.
Review and analyze warehouse team's productivity through analyzing the number of lines achieved …etc.
Review and follow up the return orders to identify the reasons and to control it.
Review and follow up all products which didn't deliver to the customer due to problem in picking to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage and follow up "scanning expire process" to remove all products that are near to be expired.
Manage to receive and deliver expires from customers to the platform to ensure maintaining the company's rights.
Conduct and follow up stock take process to ensure system balance is equal to the physical one.
Review and apply all received memos come from the ministry of health to ensure saving the company's image.
Review and ensure not exceeding the agreed limit to resolve customer's problems on the CRM system to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure the availability of all operations tools and equipment to ensure no work interruptions.
Follow up with maintenance concerned employees the operation tools and equipment to ensure smooth work operations.
Calculate incentives for the warehouse team.
Communicate and resolve any escalated problems related to the warehouse along with all concerned parties to ensure smooth work operations.
Review and analyze frequent reports regarding rounds, transfers, stock modifications, cycle count, headcount, damage…ect to ensure following department KPIs and achieving department objectives.


Job Requirements:University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus.Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager in pharmaceutical sector.Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases.Leadership skills and ability manage staff.Strong decision making and problem solving skills.Excellent communication skills.BS degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration.
