We seek a skilled and experienced On-site Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction projects at our Katameya, New Cairo, and Alexandria locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction site activities and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all civil works adhere to the approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor material usage and manage site resources effectively to avoid delays or excess costs.
• Solve technical issues and guide the construction team for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress to the project manager.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and government authorities, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Verify and approve civil work on-site and ensure the submission of required documentation.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings, plans, and project layouts.

Skills

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision and civil works.
• Familiarity with local regulations, construction standards, and safety procedures.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions on-site.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working on large-scale residential or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of modern construction techniques and sustainability practices.
• Ability to travel between project sites.

Working Conditions

• Location: Katameya, New Cairo, and Alexandria (must be willing to travel).
• Working hours: Full-time, with the possibility of overtime based on project requirements.
• Physical presence on construction sites is required for the majority of the workday.
