1. Responsible for IT terminal equipment software and hardware maintenance and repair.

1) IT terminal operation and maintenance services: according to company requirements, complete the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT terminal equipment systems, programs, drivers, etc. in office areas and production lines (including computers, industrial control machines, printers, projectors, attendance machines, etc.).

2) For unconventional emergencies or batch terminal security incidents that affect business production or major sensitive emergencies, provide emergency or on-site support services.

3) Respnsable for build infrastructure Network.

II. IT asset management

1. Acceptance, pre-installation, distribution, system standardization configuration, and inventory of newly applied terminal equipment.

2 . IT asset retirement, issue evaluation report to assess whether the retirement conditions (scrap) have been met, and perform data clearing and computer scrapping for retired PCs.

3 . Manage IT terminal assets, including asset inventory, asset recovery, maintenance, and secondary distribution, to ensure IT asset security.

III. Basic network operation and maintenance services: terminal network maintenance (including production line network)

1 . Responsible for handling terminal equipment network connection services, including terminal PC maintenance such as network card driver and IP address acquisition.

2 . Responsible for daily maintenance and fault handling such as judging access layer network faults connected to terminal equipment.

3. Assist IT managers and domestic network engineers in coordinating and following up on network construction or network dedicated line work. Regularly inspect network machine rooms at factory nodes and handle routine problems such as air conditioning not cooling and sanitation not meeting standards to ensure stable and efficient operation.
