- Work on customers' requirements and analyze them in detail to determine equipment specifications and models.
- Provide offers from suppliers and maintain up-to-date database.
- Calculate prices of required deals based on price lists, pricing policies, discounts and tops after discussion with his team leader and segment manager.
- Prepare quotations or studies as required in conjunction with concerned sales representative and ensure that all technical and financial elements are covered as required by customers and approved by sales management.
- Ensure that all instructions from top management are followed and company quality policies and ethics policies are maintained when preparing quotes.
- Liaise with sales representative to follow up all issued tenders.
- Maintain files for different offers.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis for particular deals as required by division management to guide in negotiating with customers.
- Follow up request from different territories and ensure that required offers / studies has been properly conducted and submitted within the proper time frame.
- Help Sales with technical and commercial negotiations and price discounts.
- Hand over the awarded project to the Afteraward team.
- Prepare preliminary layouts, design and submittals for customers / consultant approval.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
- Attend meetings or conference calls for customer clarifications if required.
- Attend Kick off meetings with Afteraward team for orders.
BSC of Electrical engineering is a must.Min. 1 year of experience as design engineer.Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.Good English command.Quotation analysis & preparation experience is a plus.Power systems & diesel engines background is a plus.
