- Team Development and Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing revenue team, including sales, marketing, and customer success. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Proven experience as a CRO, Head of Sales, or in a similar senior revenue leadership role within a fast-paced, innovative startup or tech company. (A MUST HAVE)Extensive experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.Strong expertise in customer relationship management, marketing strategy, and go-to-market planning.Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions that drive revenue.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative revenue strategies that align with business goals.Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to support revenue growth.Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.Advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the GCC and Europe markets.
