Job description:
Our client is hiring a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, managing e-commerce operations, coordinating influencer marketing efforts, and ensuring brand consistency. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team and conducting market research to drive growth in the company.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Content Support: Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns, including influencer marketing and content creation across channels.
- Social Media Assistance: Help update and maintain company social media accounts with approved content, monitor engagement, and report on social media activity
- E-commerce & Media Operations: Assist in managing e-commerce updates, media buying, and tracking ad performance.
- Influencer Coordination: Support the team in identifying potential influencers and coordinating communication for influencer marketing efforts.
- Market Research & Reporting: Assist in managing e-commerce updates, media buying, and tracking ad performance.
- Administrative & Team Support: Provide administrative support and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience & Expertise:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience with skills in media buying, influencer marketing, branding, e-commerce, and international market knowledge. Proficient in marketing tools and platforms.
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience or internships in marketing or administrative roles as a plus.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Communication:
- Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.
