The position of Assistant to the CEO is a key executive role that involves providing direct and comprehensive support to the CEO of a company or organization. Qualifications:
Education:
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, or in project management or business administration.
Responsibilities:
Daily Coordination:
Organize the CEO’s schedule and coordinate meetings.
Manage internal and external communications, including email and phone calls.
Reporting:
Collect and analyze data to provide detailed reports to the CEO.
Prepare and distribute meeting summaries.
Project Management:
Follow up and implement the CEO’s projects.
Oversee the achievement of goals and deadlines.
Research and Analysis:
Conduct necessary research to analyze the market or various sectors based on the CEO’s directives.
Analyze data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Job details:
Save Time Company name. Full-time work from the company’s headquarters. It will be from 10 am to 6 pm. The company’s headquarters are in Alexandria, Ajami Al-Bitash.
