JD:
• Determine Yearly Plans for Registration and Graduation.
• Negotiate with partners in Yearly plans terms and conditions
• Align with the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build international public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.
• Coordinate with top management to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions
• Counsel and advise students, faculty and staff regarding registration and graduation process and partners policy, using a high level of communication.
• Interpret and communicate acceptance criteria and accreditations requirements
• Manage records maintenance and documentation as requested by the MIS team
• Remain current in knowledge and understanding of all policies, criteria and accreditations
• Provide support in academic tasks such as grading and lecturing
• Responsible for directly communicating with partners regarding any Academic request
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Monitor and responsible for the coordination, evaluation of all students affairs functions and processes.
• Organize all graduation and registration batches and due dates
• Coordinate all work schedules to ensure adequate coverage to meet cycle of demand and service levels
• Collaborate with other enrollment service departments and provide leadership to support consistency in our student-centered services
• Provide leadership in the ongoing development of our student-centered service delivery
• Provide trainings and knowledge transfer to all team members
• Hire and directly supervise all Students affairs staff.
• Leading weekly meetings, all staff meetings, assessment activities, annual planning and annual report writing activities.
• Periodical Audit on all students’ affairs functions.
Job Requirements
• Master degree in a relevant field (business administration, education, or a related discipline).
• Proven experience in resignation field, preferably in an educational institution, universities or training center.
• Attestation and logistics procedures, upselling techniques, coaching techniques
• Attention to detail, Critical-thinking and analytical skills, Problem-solving abilities, focus on quality while working in a high-volume environment
• Proficient use of Word, Excel, Access, Email, and/or other similar software applications
