- Planning Manpower Needs and Leading the Recruitment and Placement Operations.
- Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviews and maintains employee personnel files and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor law & the company policies.
- Responsible for contracts and follow up Hiring required documents.
- Keep track of company attendance and employees' leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave.
- Maintains personnel files & forms in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing the overall payroll process Including overtime and deduction.
- Work as a link between senior management and employees by dealing with questions and helping to solve problems related to work.
- Implementing, and monitoring all the required regulations, policies, and procedures in relation to human resources
Bachelor degree in business administration or related field.5 to 10 years of experience in the same role.Experience in Talent acquisition in the Real Estate industry is a must. Leadership skills.V. Good command in EnglishGiza resident is preferred.
