Delivery Management:
· Oversee and coordinate the last mile delivery process to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
· Monitor delivery schedules and adjust routes as necessary to optimize efficiency.
· Manage and update delivery tracking systems and tools.

Daily Tasks:
1. Review and Plan:
o Check delivery schedules and plan the day’s activities.
o Review driver assignments and ensure all routes are properly planned.
2. Coordinate with Drivers:
o Assign delivery tasks and provide necessary instructions to drivers.
o Address any immediate concerns or issues raised by drivers.
3. Customer Interaction:
o Update customers on delivery statuses and respond to any queries or complaints.
o Resolve any delivery-related issues or delays.
4. Monitor and Adjust:
o Track delivery progress and make adjustments to routes or schedules as needed.
o Ensure that deliveries are made within the promised timeframes.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
o Update delivery records and maintain logs of any incidents or delays.
o Prepare daily reports for management review.
6. Problem Resolution:
o Handle any unexpected issues that arise during the delivery process, such as vehicle breakdowns or address problems.
o Implement solutions to prevent recurring issues and improve overall efficiency.
7. Team Support:
o Assist in coordinating between different teams to ensure seamless delivery operations.
o Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on performance and improvements.
· Must have a bachelor’s degree.· Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination. (preferable)· Strong organizational and time-management skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions under pressure.· Proficiency in logistics software and delivery management systems.
