Responsibilities :
- Monitoring a sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead-generation activities.
- Following the orders, delivery, and payment with the customers.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handling overqualified leads to the sales teams to close the sale, updating the ERP & CRM every day, and following the orders with customers and the procurements team.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business and report every week to the managing director.
Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. From 3:4 years of experience in a similar role with a solid track record of sales in outbound calling and emailing.Should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).Experience in customer service, and relationship building is highly desirable.Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.Willing to learn, and a strong team player. Very good level of English language.
