- Enable technology solution design and implementation working with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering Architects, Internal / External API customers, Software Engineers, Automation Engineers and Testers
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand the business strategy and deliver new features and capabilities in the platform
- Participate in internal backlog refinement sessions to prepare business epics and stories for technical breakdown and planning, ensuring all requirements are well understood by the Product Development Team
- Convey the vision and goals at the beginning of every Iteration and Release
- Lead the planning for product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Coordinate the Development teams to determine appropriate solutions to meet the requirements and size the solutions for release planning purposes
- Define the acceptance criteria that will serve as a benchmark to determine that the new feature/capability is fit for release
- Contribute, support and implement best practices around software engineering and technical debt management
5+ years of experience as a Lead in Software Development ProjectsSolid experience in the fundamentals of software deployment best practices, quality assurance protocols, challenges and methodology regarding solution implementation and technical documentation and trainingSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of application architecture.Proven experience in successfully leading project teams with multifaceted, competing priorities and deadlines, including virtual work teams with members in different geographic regionsAbility to multi-task in the midst of tight deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skillsExceptional customer and colleague engagement and satisfactionExperience with Agile development processesBachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
