- Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within his department is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy

- Annual training for workers and the performance appraisal of all employees of the Department of industrial control according to the selected KPIs
Skills:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in agricultural engineering or a related field.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective project management and leadership abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
