- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, print advertisements, and email campaigns.
- Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts, ensuring they align with the brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create and edit graphics, illustrations, and layouts using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects).
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and desired outcomes.
- Research and stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, social media specialist and senior graphic designer to ensure cohesive and visually appealing designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Understands the changing nature of the role and adapts to changing and growing tasks as the organization develops and expands.
- Follows any additional work tasks not outlined above but related to job function as requested by line Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative team.Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of design principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
