Juhayna is hiring: Sales Supervisor - Traditional Trade
Job Responsibilities and duties:
Responsible for sales volume, distribution, merchandizing, shelving and pricing.
Secure long term agreements with all accounts.
Ensure excellent deployment for the Shelving visibility or displays contracts.
Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution and sales coverage.
Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs.
Qualification and experience:
University Graduate & Computer literacy ( Windows applications )
3 years of experience in the same role with an FMCG company.
Leadership skills
Thinking and problem solving skills
