Qualifications

• LLB in Law from an Egyptian University.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years’ experience in litigation matters.
• Admitted to the Court of Appeal.
• Dynamic and presentable.
• Excellent in English and Arabic (written/spoken).
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a strong case foundation.
• Experience in litigation matters including but not limited to civil, commercial criminal and labor disputes, in addition to enforcement of judgments, drafting motions, pleadings memorandums and appeals and ability to deal with court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice to clients, explaining, complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Master’s Degree is a plus.
• Membership of the Egyptian Bar Association.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach to work, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Giza residents ONLY "preferably from 6th of October city".
