- Prepare and process necessary export documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin, to comply with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate internally with production and logistics teams to arrange the release and shipment of goods.
- Monitor shipment progress and sampling and resolve any issues that may arise, such as delays, damages, or missing items.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure all parties are updated on the shipment status.
- Manage financial and currency processes and transactions in accordance with policy and law and optimize the cost-effectiveness of activities.
- Provide guidance on export regulations and requirements to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international partners, including distributors and agents, to facilitate the expansion of the company’s market presence abroad.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or LogisticsA minimum of one year of experience as an export sales specialistKnowledge of export and international trade regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsFinancial acumen is preferred.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent English
