- Ensure efficient equipment shipment within, into, and outside the country while coordinating with management on selecting shipping agents and managing customs compliance to minimize costs.
- Prepare and implement SOPs and processes for all transportation modes, while maintaining and tracking shipments, and updating internal and external clients on shipment status.
- Support local and external procurement, manage company transport vehicles, and resolve logistics, import/export, or customer-related issues.
- Oversee cost management in logistics through freight rate benchmarks, consolidation opportunities, and annual negotiations, ensuring budget efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards for logistics and transportation activities, including customs and environmental policies.
- Continuously improve logistics policies, systems, and processes, aiming for enhanced productivity, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
4-6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.Prior experience in Oil and Gas downstream processes is preferred.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
