- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for multiple job openings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract talent.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from posting job ads to negotiating offers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Previous experience in a freelance or remote recruitment role is highly preferred.
