- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the safe and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FDA, EPA, and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance, to ensure the reliability and availability
- Perform risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance and operations personnel on the proper operation and maintenance
- Participate in capital projects related to boilers and compressors, including scope development, cost estimation, and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry - Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve complex problems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management software.
