- Prepare and implement school wide maintenance plan
- Schedule and allocate repairs and maintenance; the school on a daily basis and during school holidays.
- Preparing as new campuses
- Obtain quotes for any purchases or external maintenance work required
- Plan and coordinate development work, summer works and special projects
- Check the sites regularly to ensure there are no safety or health hazards; liaising with the Health & Safety Officer.
- Develop and implement a regular annual maintenance cycle.
- Oversee purchase new staff soft pack & consumables.
- Liaise with landlords for major repairs and Schedule minor repairs and maintenance
- Managing and monitoring the campus staff via Heads of Section (maintenance, gatemen, security, grounds and cleaners): (Recruitment; making recommendation to the Head , Work schedules, including holidays & cover, Ordering uniform as required)
- Administration
- Monitor standards of pre-entry and exit cleaning.
- Develop, record and communicate policy around accommodation e.g.
- Process for exiting from apartments
- Criteria for new apartments
- Liaise with Finance Assistant regarding monthly rent payments.
- Supplies & inventory
- Order office and classroom furniture as required Through Purchase officer.
- Logistics
- Providing the necessary logistics (e.g. seating arrangements, tables, lighting, electricity, cleaning staff, etc.) for school events.
- Undertake any other duties as are reasonably requested by the Principal or School Management.
- Health and Safety:
- Keep records of all documents for buildings.
- Conduct Fire drill practice.
- Develop and execute health and safety plans for all school buildings.
