· Ensure the Quality of Erection activities are in line with Project timetable.
· Ensure the Erection activities are in line with Project timetable.
· Ensuring that Health & Safety is adequately provided for and observed.
· Monitor and ensure adequate materials and manpower.
· Monitor and ensure Erection works progress.
· Study/understanding the drawing, Bill of Material and the interface in-betweens if any.
· Monitor and ensure the Q.C. & Q.A. According to the specification.
· Prepare the list of materials missing at site (if any).
· Prepare and review the Erection detailed plan.
· Prepare and review the Erection Progress for invoicing.
· Prepare and review the Erection daily reports
· Ensure Customer Satisfaction of Erection Progress
· Prepare and arrange the filing, documentations relative to the site.
· Plan and monitor the productivity rate of site foreman / technicians
· Ensure satisfactory project handing over and achievement of project milestones and obtain customer satisfaction and completion certificates.
