Purpose

Joining our team as an Employee care Expert you will be responsible for the Implementation of proper Employee life cycle while ensuring compliance with Labor law and Local legislation.

What we do as a team

  • Ensure proper employee experience for all employees.
  • Responsible for all employees’ files.
  • Implementing of policies and procedures related to employee affairs.
  • Responsible for establishing and periodic update of a comprehensive database and archive for employees in the region.
  • Manage employees’ grievance and complaints.
  • Manage exit interviews for resigned employees.
  • Ensure P4G completion with high quality.
  • Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to exits.
  • Manage PIP for low performing employees.
  • Responsible for I-voice up system for disciplinary actions as per labor law.



Our New Team member needs to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in various HR fields.
  • Experience in labor law, employee grievances.


You can be successful in this role if

  • You are able to provide necessary support daily for all function.
  • Resolve daily issues specific to the HQ, Depots and provide guidance as needed.
  • Partnering with all non-CL’s & Directors in all employee care aspects.
  • Execute all HR operations (time monitoring, insurance, wages, etc.).
  • Support in the implementation of all well-being activities.
  • Recruitment for all positions in regions (BD’s, Technicians, Drivers, STL’s).
  • Ensure 100% compliance with employees’ files documents.
  • Preparing employee contract renewals forms within the company policy.
  • Participate in implementing HR projects in collaboration with various departments (LM Lab, Culture programs, development programs, talent reviews).
  • Maintain the termination process for employees.
  • Identify hidden gems from region and ensure retention
  • Analyze engagement surveys per/location and work on an action plan.
  • Implement internal moves and promotions for all non-CL’s and Directors.
