Job Summary:

A Multinational Plastics Manufactauring company is seeking to hire Sales Manager with experience in sales and to companies in plastics and packaging industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Managed and led the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Sales Director.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in sales (domestic and export), with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• B2B experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, preferably in the plastics and/or packaging industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across the Middle East and Africa.
• Proficiency in English is a must; French is an advantage.
• Preferred residents in October or Zayed.
