- Lead quality control operations: Develop and implement quality strategies and systems to ensure compliance with technical standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor performance: Oversee all departments’ compliance with the approved Policies & Procedure specifically that are related to Power Generation & Distributions sector.
- Analyze results: Prepare, Review and analyze quality reports, providing recommendations for process improvements and defect reduction.
- Documentation: Ensure all quality-related documentation is maintained and updated according to international & industry standards.
- Training: Supervise the training of new and existing staff to ensure full understanding of quality policies and safety procedures.
- Client communication: Work with customers and suppliers to resolve any quality issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage quality team: Supervise the quality control team within the section and ensure all quality-related goals are achieved.
- Data analysis: Review quality-related data and observations, taking corrective actions to address issues and improve processes.
- Cross-department coordination: Work closely with stakeholder’s teams to ensure full adherence to quality standards.
- Participate with the QHSE team to manage ISO certification activities, compliance, rewards.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to top management, highlighting key findings and improvement areas.
- Advise the management regarding the major Key Performance Indicators of our industry as per the global standards.
- Review the current work flow and process maps to figure out the gaps and recommend enhancement where needed.
- Review the CRM reports, Departments’ Monthly reports, Projects progress reports and recommend enhancement where needed.
Engineering Bachelor’s degree Ideally Electrical Engineering.Minimum of 8-10 years of quality experience.PMP certification is a must.Professional quality and auditing certification is a must.Deep knowledge of quality standards, ISO, strong leadership skills, and ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it.Experience with quality control tools, software and analytical technologies.Strong understanding of technical specifications, team management skills, and strong communication abilities.
